Avanti Design maintains a non-negotiable flat rate of $75 per hour for all creative / coordination / consulting functions performed between 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Weekend and evening rates are $95 per hour based on availability.

Clients are billed for exactly one-half of the project's estimate on the first creative submission, and the remaining amount on delivery of the project.  Because you deserve the flexibility to make necessary changes to your marketing material, Avanti Design prepares a typical estimate for services, not a bid.  This estimate is evaluated at several steps in the process to see if we are "on track."  If not, we contact the client and explain the circumstances that are increasing costs.  Rewrites and significant changes to design, paper stocks, ink, etc. can increase the cost of a project quickly.  These issues are discussed before they become realities - Avanti Design promises no surprises.
